DELIVERY:
When will my order arrive?
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will ship within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery to arrive. If you still have no received your purchase after 3 weeks please notify: orders@giovannawheels.com
RETURN POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
*SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE
In the event of our sales team making an exception, our buyer will have 15 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase, return the products (in mint condition) and we can initiate the refund process upon receiving the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will apply to the order and shipping is non-refundable. Claims may be escalated to a sales team specialist, if the sales team sees fit.
GENERAL
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Giovanna Wheels harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Giovanna Wheels products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Giovanna Wheels’ products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Giovanna Wheels. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Giovanna Wheels also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Giovanna Wheels’ sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Giovanna Wheels, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Domestic USA Shipping Policies
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped by USPS. Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package is sent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard International Orders ship with USPS Airmail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the package weight and destination. Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after the 5 business day order processing and payment verification.
International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders. Giovanna Wheels is not responsible for any additional tariffs.
* Giovanna Wheels is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package leaves our warehouse. Packages may be delayed due to security screens for potential fraud.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?
Contact us at orders@giovannawheels.com with your order information (name, order number, items) and details of your issue and we will work with you on a solution.
SALES TAX:
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state California. Sales Tax is not charged to orders shipped to the states outside of California.
